被遺棄的大白熊

牠們只是生財工具？三頭大白熊被棄馬路上

上星期，從朋友口中得知，她的一位朋友發現兩頭大白熊犬在屯門方向的青山公路快線行上行走，為怕牠們會有意外，便把牠們送到安全的地方。同時，星期天晚上，另一位朋友亦在元朗的馬路邊見到一頭大白熊犬。

青山公路上的兩頭，牠們的毛髒得不得了，原應是「大白熊」，救牠的朋友只有形容牠們倆是「大灰熊」，而且滿身是虱和牛蜱。當時已知道牠們是囡囡，因為她們的乳房下垂得很厲害，應曾生育過。救牠們的朋友為牠們取名靜兒（又叫大妹）和翠兒（又叫細妹），並立即為牠們剪毛、洗澡，和帶牠們去見獸醫。

經獸醫檢查，牠們倆都是沒有晶片，年齡約三至四歲左右，醫生估計牠們是被人用作繁殖工具，因為大妹與細妹都應該孕育過數胎。驗了血後，慶幸牠們都沒有心絲蟲問題，但郤有都牛蜱熱，幸好都不是很嚴重，只需要吃藥便可痊癒。另外，細妹有輕微貧血，及有毛囊蟲皮膚病，而大妹的白血球較高。還有的就是牠們的耳朵都有發炎，同時因生育太多，兩個的臀部位都不太好， 醫生說必定要控制體重。

這兩姊妹有一個暫時的居所，救牠們的朋友希望能透過我們的日誌，為牠們能找到一個安逸的家，不再被利用、不再受苦。

另一頭的路邊大白熊，是我們的一位義工朋友在元朗遇上的，其實當天下午她坐車經過時，已覺得很奇怪，為何有一頭大白熊犬在馬路上獨自徘徊，於是她稍後刻意折返去看看，狗兒還在那裏。由於義工無法牠帶回家，於是一路在街上陪著狗兒，怕牠再衝出馬路，一邊打電話找幫手。剛好，義工問及一位路經的朋友，可否認得這頭狗兒，那位先生說沒有見過牠，而詳談之下，這位好心人答應義工可以暫時收留這頭狗兒。義工昨天晚上才去探狗兒，這是一頭男孩子，收留牠的家人叫牠做 Bobo（因為只有叫牠做 Bobo牠才會有一點兒反應），但身體情況與另外兩頭囡囡差不多，義工昨天晚上先為牠剃了毛，其他的還來不及安排牠去見醫生，所以Bobo的健康情況是怎樣，我們暫時還不得而知。

造官的，見過鯨鯊未？

我們花費上萬港幣到海外睇鯨鯊可遇不可求。

造官的雙眼一閉，封九個沙灘禁下海，鯨鯊當惡鯊，天下恥笑。

這樣普通常識都欠奉，結果小鯨鯊客死異鄉的石澳海灘。鯨鯊雖大，祗以浮游生物為食。

我感到羞恥，為庸官禍港感到羞恥！

珍稀牆樹健康翠綠已成為國際品牌，港人自豪；遊客驚為天人。庸官為保烏紗帽實行殘殺。在一片環保綠化聲中，雙眼一合，胡作非為，士可忍，熟不可忍。不如大家開一眼閉一眼先把庸官的壽頭也先斬後奏好了。

近日在清水灣（檳榔灣村已有 2 頭犬隻死亡）及西貢（躉場路路段已有 3 頭犬隻死亡及 1 頭犬隻重傷）已發現最少 2 單蓄意毒狗事件。
Pets Central Dr Mike（莫米高獸醫）己取得懷疑用來毒狗的呈綠色肉類，西貢區警方及便衣正亦已進行調查。
有一西貢居民曾看見一名男子在早上 5 時 30 分行為不尋常並已報告警方。希望各位能知會住在及前住清水灣及西貢區遊玩的狗主。
A senior veterinarian believes a copycat of the Bowen Road dog killer may be on the loose in Clearwater Bay and Sai Kung.

In the past week, six dogs have died or suffered intestinal agony after eating chicken tainted with insecticide.

Pets Central director of veterinary services Mike Muir believes the six dogs in Clearwater Bay and Sai Kung were poisoned by the same person even though the two areas are far apart.

He said the insecticide used in the latest cases was not the same as that used by the Bowen Road poisoner, who killed 22 dogs and injured 60 others in a spree that began in 1989 with the latest case just last year.

Police have yet to identify the Bowen Road killer and a HK$30,000 reward for information posted by the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals remains unclaimed.

'I don't think the person killing dogs in Sai Kung and Clearwater Bay is the same as the one in Bowen Road,' Muir said.

But he believes the recent poisonings were committed by a single culprit ,' Muir said.

On August 2 a cross-breed and a poodle became seriously ill in Upper Tan Cheung Village in Sai Kung after eating insecticide-laced chicken. Two stray dogs were confirmed dead in the same area at about the same time.

Last week two dogs died in very similar circumstances in the remote Pan Long Wan Village in Clearwater Bay.

An SPCA official said the cases were unusual as dogs were not normally walked in those areas.

Muir said the cross-breed, called Spud, and the poodle, Doddle Doo, sent to his Sai Kung clinic, were twitching and convulsing and salivating excessively. He had to induce vomiting to clear the poisonous substance from their bodies.

Muir urged dog owners to be 'extra vigilant and to keep their pets on a leash, especially in the early morning.'

經過連續整月的黃、紅黑大雨，2008年6月22日天晴，粉藍天空的33度盛暑天，下午一時小妹JODY很鎮定的去了，去了極樂世界會合爸爸COCO, 媽媽SARA, 大哥DICKY, 二哥RONNIE和三哥KING KING了。一家可以在一起嬉戲，追蝴蝶和追貓貓了。

衹留下我家的心痛，為解除他和她們身心痛苦的決定，祈求牠們原諒和理解我作出的決定。

我家的心痛無言以明。

從今我不要親自養狗了，但願把愛心獻給所有動物，盡力而為吧！五次心痛如以刀凌遲，難堪得很。

我的子子女女小天使們，跟我回家噢！

免得我日夜思念，在我最不開心的時刻便出現我面前好嗎？一見你們我便會把所有不快拋開，也祝福我吧，這個我很須要噢！

不要跑太遠，小心汽車，想吃甚麼都告訴爸爸吧！

印尼比我的印像真是麻麻哋！但看到這宣傳內容實在令我蠢蠢欲動！印尼海洋還未開發，備收歐美攝影師推崇，反正住船，杳無人煙。我不上天堂，誰上？

三月尾 沙巴遊

今次一連九日沙巴行點滴

首站必經 -- 亞庇, 入住的 Le Meridien好正！地點旺中帶靜, 旁邊新商場臨立, 正對面曰間是很大的街市, 傍晚是平民夜市, 像 '上環大躂地'(已成習體回憶) -- 平民化飲食攤檔是感受當地人生活的必到處，橫街窄巷是生活，旅遊的原意！陶傑早前說過旅遊除眼看、手觸、步行外還須耳聽鼻聞啊，還幸有他的認同！漫天峰煙的燒雞翼, 雞尾(一串七/八個), 炸香蕉..., 炸魚(每條斤幾重)セ鱼都有。每個檔主都很友善，笑容滿面, 影相再給你一個 post !為何香港人在鏡頭前總要以手掩面呢？似怪難堪的？

連接市場的是亞庇最新旅遊點, 海邊長廊 (漁人碼頭廐念), 不失為必到之處。各國食肆並立，出品有一定水準, 其中最大的一家必然是港式海鮮酒家了。此外有英式、愛式、澳式等酒吧,也有 Live band 和Jass Bar等世界大同, 難怪長廊擠滿各國遊人在乘凉餐飲。相信是沙巴旅遊促進局這幾年積極推動之功罷。

今次榮幸的是碰到一位華裔馬籍漂亮美女Josephine的介紹, 得以品嘗馬來的出色食品。 我到亞庇不下十次，以今次吃到的馬來食品最出色, 祇見Josephine到處跑, 在不同的食肆和小食亭點菜, 結果滿桌美味食品 , 如願得償...又飽又滿足，我會在潛游頻道一一報道。

濶別亞庇僅一年, 機場新建築接近完成了，乘客流量明顯增加了，實是可喜現象，可見政府的推動何等重要。

Hi,

Animal cruelty cases keep happening, and brought increasing public concern in Hong Kong.  The rights of animals as well as their carers have taken on new importance among political parties and their members.  The coming Wednesday (16 Jan 2008), LEGCO members are going to debate on a motion that proposes a series of policy changes aimed at bettering the rights of animal and of their carers.

This is an important milestone in Hong Kong ’s animal rights movement.  We would not have come this far without the painstaking efforts of all who have contributed to this movement.  Nonetheless, we are still at the infancy of this battle for justice. Success requires everyone’s continued and actioned support.

I appeal to you to express your support for the motion by showing up at the LEGCO Building, at the main entrance from 10:00am to 11:00am (the time around which LEGCO Members proceed to their meeting)  to speak your voice on animal rights to the Government.  [ You may also attend the meeting as observer ]
